BSNL Civil Wing, Gujarat Zone, is responsible for construction and maintenance of BSNL Buildings, Tower foundation, Interior Work, Customer service centers etc.   The Civil Works of union territory Daman and Diu is also under Gujarat Zone.  BSNL Civil Wing has competent team of Engineers with skilled supporting staff well versed with the design and construction of multistoried framed structures and is well equipped with computers and latest design, estimation and drawing software's
The BSNL Civil Gujarat is having two Chief Engineers namely Chief Engineer (C), Gujarat Zone and Chief Engineer (C), Ahmedabad Telecom District.
Chief Engineer (C),  Gujarat Zone is having 03 Circles at Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Rajkot headed by Superintending Engineer (C) and assisted by 06 Divisions headed by Executive Engineer(C).
Chief Engineer (C), ATD is having One Circle headed by Superintending Engineer (C) and assisted by 02 Divisions headed by Executive Engineer (C).

All these Civil Engineers are highly qualified, skilled and well experienced to complete the Civil infrastructure works effectively with quality assurance. 
The works are executed through experienced registered contractors after call of tenders with the mission to deliver the best quality work within optimal cost and time.
